I don't think it's going to calm down. Read some of the material here and here.
I know it'll probably be so expensive as to be almost impossible, but I'd say: don't go anywhere near Israel. Turkey & Greece, sure. But if there's a way you can switch part of your trip, say, to the West part of North Africa or even Spain (although that would be expensive on the ground, I bet), do so.
Well, we're looking at three months down the line so I'm taking a "wait and see" just now but I do need to figure out a contingency plan.
